HTK

HTK is the top-of-the-line model of all the Hattori products for its highest standard of both safety and efficiency. Its patented special burner has achieved about 40% gas consumption saving during cooking.

With its superior design to retain heat, it ensures the excellent quality of cooking result especially for stew or soup to be cooked at a low temperature for a long period of time. Also, thanks to the system that insulates the radiant heat and exhausts hot air intensively, it minimizes the rise of temperature and humidity in the kitchen, and prevents the surfaces of the equipment from becoming very hot.
